Reservations & Visits

Can I make a same-day reservation?
Yes, we accept same-day bookings if there are available slots. We also take same-day waitlist requests by phone.
Evenings on weekdays and weekends are particularly busy, so we recommend booking in advance.
Can I request a specific staff member?

Yes. If you have a preferred technician, please let us know when booking.
Please note there is a ¥550 staff selection fee.

How long does a treatment take?
It depends on the service, but for first-time clients, we recommend allowing 1.5 to 2 hours including consultation. Please arrive with enough time.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners.
We also accept PayPay, Alipay+, K PLUS, Kaspi.kz, Bluecode, and BigPay.
Can I come with a friend?
Yes, you are welcome to visit with a friend. However, we can only accommodate multiple guests if we have enough space. Please contact us in advance.

Cancellations & Delays

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Please contact us by 5:00 PM on the day before your appointment via Instagram DM.

If your preferred slot is already booked, we may not be able to reschedule.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee according to our salon policy. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if I’m running late?
Please contact us before your appointment time via Instagram DM.
If we don’t hear from you in advance and you arrive late, your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
Late arrivals may also result in a shortened treatment or limited service.

No-Shows

What happens if I don’t show up without notice?

In the case of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the reserved service fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in being denied future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure all guests have a pleasant experience.

For Minors

Can minors receive treatments?
Yes, we accept clients up to junior high school age, under the following conditions:
• Children must be able to stay alone in the treatment room.
(Parents/guardians are not allowed in the room during the session.)
• If any discomfort or abnormal skin reactions occur during treatment, we may stop the procedure.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
• We do not offer refunds or free touch-ups for minor-related issues or dissatisfaction.
